For collections in stock: From Monday to Friday, we will send the parcel within two or three working days.


The parcel is likely to be delivered in due time but we can not be responsible for a delay caused by the transportation company.

DHL delivery within 2 to 7 days depending on the country once the order is shipped.

Delivery time after shipment: 4 days


If the addressee is absent, your parcel will be given to the post office mentioned on the written notice you will find in your letter box.
Your parcel will be kept at the post office from the day after the written notice is in the letter box to the next 15 days. When this period of time is expired, the parcel will be sent us back. If you are responsible for the delivery problems (the address where the parcel is supposed to be delivered is wrong or you did not pick the parcel up during the given 15 days), you will pay for the return costs.

 

Could I change the delivery address or the order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can not change it anymore. Indeed, we prepare your parcel and send it to you in a few hours following the check out of your bag in order to deliver you the parcel in the best due time. However, you will be able to change your delivery address for the next orders on the page « Addresses »

How to return the package?

The purchaser is entitled to a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt to inform his intention to withdraw and also has 14 working days to return the item at his expense at the following address:

How to prepare the return package?

The items must be sent with their tags and their accessories, perfectly new to be sold. Thus, they must have not been worn, neither washed nor ruined.
For that purpose, the process is the following one :

  • a return form will be in the parcel, you will have to fill it.
  • you will have to wrap the product(s) to be returned in accordance with the conditions above.
  • you will send the parcel to the address written above.

 

If you comply with the conditions, we will send you an e-mail to approve your return request and we will pay you back in maximum 14 days.
You will be responsible for the parcel until we receive it in our warehouse. Consequently, you should be cautious by using registered mail with acknowledgment.

If we discover the product is not new anymore and second-handed when we get it back, we keep the entire right to deny the return.

 

Is it possible to return the product to our physical store in Paris?

No, it is not. The return policy explained above does not apply in store.

 

My item has a flaw.
